Camden House is an independent privately owned residential letting agent with offices on Camden Road in Bath. Formerly trading as Local Lets of Bath we have recently joined forces with one of Bath's oldest established letting and property management agents Challenger Estates and since February 2013 have been trading under the name of Camden House.

We specailise in residential letting and residential property management in the City of Bath. Our properties range from tiny studio flats, to smart city centre apartments, family houses and student houses. We cover the whole of the city of Bath and surrounding villages and towns.

Areas we cover: We cover the entirity of Bath and many of the surrounding residential towns and neighbourhoods.
