At MU Fitness we utilise the latest, cutting edge, training principles that have been proven to work. Lead by our passionate team of fitness professionals, our classes, group sessions and 1-2-1 training sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals. We are aware that many people join gyms, to find themselves, months later going through the motions; with no sense of purpose or direction to their training. This can lead to boredom, feelings of uncertainty, and ultimately, a lack of results. We are different, as we do not leave you to your own devices. Our aim is to ensure our members take part in a trainer lead, fun, structured training session, designed to progress you in a timely fashion, ensuring you are always being challenged. We are not your usual gym as we care about our members. We appreciate how difficult it can be to get motivated and give up your precious time. With this in mind we have designed our studio and group exercise classes to ensure you achieve the maximum workout every time you visit. You have the motivation from training in a group or with your trainer. Your trainer will progress and ensure all goals are achieved.
