No hidden costs or nasty surprises All quotes or estimates will be given in writing and will include a detailed specification of the work to be done. Prices will be fully inclusive of VAT, material, labour and cleaning away of debris. Advice Our decorators will be courteous and honest and give you only the best advice on any aspect of painting and decorating. Good housekeeping All furniture, fixtures and surfaces not painted will be adequately protected and your house will be left clean and tidy with any debris removed. Once the work is completed you will receive a job completion form to validate your 12 month guarantee. If there's any aspect of the work that you are not happy with, our customer service team will come and inspect it. And if it is below standard we will make it good at no extra cost to you.
