Our timber frame designers use the latest CAD software, to precision engineer designs that are made using precise modern methods of manufacture. This enables housing kits to be flat packed, and whole homes are loaded onto low loaders and transported to site, with houses watertight in a matter of days. Simultaneously we install our 'passive slab' foundation this eliminates thermal bridging and has been developed in line with the Passivhaus standard. Modern kit home methods reduce build times, and therefore save money. Our system uses natural materials, and the build system has extremely low u-values. We provide airtightness services at first fix to achieve a Passivhaus air test as a minimum.
