No12 Bed & Breakfast is a friendly, owner run modern home with individually designed bedrooms. Two bedrooms have fabulous sea views overlooking East Sands Bay with the 3rd bedroom overlooking the colourful garden and St Andrews skyline. The B&B is 3 mins walk from the beach with TV with Freeview, Tea & Coffee in bedrooms, Free car parking, Hearty & healthy breakfast, Free WIFI, Hairdryers and Free storage area for golf clubs, bikes etc. Pam is more than happy to help with all sorts.
