About Us

Chiltern Court is an Aylesbury care facility that offers skilled care packages for a wide range of elderly care and nursing needs, registered for up to fifty-three service users. Talented carers have shown their capabilities in looking after a many cognitive and neurological disorders, mental health issues, brain injuries and other disabilities. Both respite and palliative care are also available from Chiltern Court, which has its own bar and cafe, lifts to all floors and wheelchair access.
