We offer made to measure interlocked garden buildings. They are custom design and size. Only in this way we can achieve full customer satisfaction. For our buildings we use Russian White wood. It can be pressure treated( tanalaized- it prolongs timber life). Our wall boards are design with special tongue and groove system, creating water tight structure. Those wall boards are 28 mm thick. Roof and floor boards are 16 mm as standard, can be upgraded. Rock solid construction is achieved with interlock system. Roof coverage is done with high quality natural mineral felt (40kg/per roll). We also offer wide range of doors and windows for Your custom design. Being more specific You can choose from 4,6,9,10 pane windows. They can be single glazed as standard or double glazed, or even toughen glass. Doors can be plain wood or 9,10 pane. Establishment: History of RB Log Cabins begins in early years of my childhood. I was growing up in woodworkers family. My father is very skilled craftsmen and along all those years taught me a lot things. I remember being as little as 5 years old and helping him to lay down wood floor. Becoming older I was achieving more complicated skills in all aspects of working with wood, planning, construction, fitting. Finally being only teenager I was already able to make projects completely on my own. About 3-4 years ago I have decided to specialize in interlocking buildings. Since then I have completed lots of different projects.

All timber we use is quality Russian Redwood / Whitewood. It comes from long established suppliers that have responsible management systems in place. You could ask why this timber is special? This type of wood allows a highly effective preservative pre-treatment to be applied for a long and low maintenance service life. Unique tongued and grooved profiles makes sure your building will remain water tight. Two stress grooves are machined into reverse of each board, which help to reduce any natural movement and subsequent cracking of timber. What is more tongues and the grooves of the boards are significantly extended to provide a deeper joint between each board.
