You need to focus and stay on track if you want to change anything. There's no point in sugarcoating things, anything that's worth doing or having needs to become a part of you.
In hypnosis you narrow your focus and use your imagination to make changes.
My work is to guide you into that state after you've decided and we've discussed what changes you want to make; maybe it's to stop smoking, lose weight, get fit and healthy, gain confidence, speak in public or raise your self esteem. The list is almost endless and includes dealing with pain, and dealing with depression.
Hypnosis is a perfectly natural and familiar feeling, just like when we suspend our critical faculties when watching a really good movie, or reading a book and allow ourselves to go along with the plot and enjoy the imagery. Of course at any time we can 'awaken' ourself if attention is needed elsewhere so there's no such thing as being trapped in hypnosis, that's only nonsense, we are always free to change and take control of our minds.
Having guided you into a hypnotic trance I give you the tools that you use to achieve your goals. You will be in control and work at a pace that is totally right for you with my suggestions guiding you along your way.
