Walk into Sophia's and there is a distinctive aroma of wood burning coming from the hand built brick oven. With the ceiling reaching temperatures of 800-900F and the floor 600F. This ensures that food cooks to its flavoursome best, the all round heat seals in the juices giving you perfectly cooked meat and fish. Meat and vegetables are stored in their own fridges and colour coded chopping boards are used for meat and vegetables. Vegetarians can be assured of no cross-contamination at Sophia's 100% vegetarian meals are guaranteed. All pizzas are handmade using the finest freshest ingredients even the pineapple on top of your Hawaiian is fresh! The sauce used for pizzas and features in many dishes is handmade "Sophia's Sauce" made from a range of Roasted tomatoes and vegetables.
