All Star Funding Solutions was set up by our MD Neil Lukins in 2017 a Commercial Finance specialist with over 15 years’ experience.Neil has experience in working in both the Banking and Independent sectors. Over the last 15 years Neil has worked with many businesses from start up to £250mil+ turnover. During this time Neil has developed many long term relationships with both customers and lenders.
