Every athlete who trains at CrossFit Avon in Bristol, from complete beginner to elite athlete and child to the elderly athlete, will have the best quality coaching, relevant to their own personal needs. We achieve this by ensuring all of our coaches are highly skilled in their profession and use the latest methods and teaching practices for all ages and abilities. For personal training, we write a detailed Training Programme, tailored to your needs. Workouts will be a mixture of Weight Training, Bodyweight exercises, Aerobic work (running, Boxercise, skipping, rowing), and Flexibility training.
