The Original Box Sash Windows Company was founded in 1979. As a proud local family business, built on trust and decency, we quickly made a name for ourselves by offering high quality products and exceptional, personal service to every one of our customers.
We love taking you back to a bygone era where innovation and tradition held sway and the smell and feel of wood always meant quality craftsmanship.
Our mission is to honour that tradition whilst embracing innovation; to bring glorious good times back to your home and to help you and your family frame your day in the perfect way.
By 1987, we were able to establish our own production facility in Merthyr Tydfil to help us meet demand for our beautifully crafted timber windows and doors. Since that time, we have invested in continuous innovative research and development, helping to ensure that our bespoke products â and the people who create and install them â exceed expectations every time.
While nearly 40 years have passed since we began supplying our own traditional timber windows and doors, our commitment to quality and service remains unchanged. From the moment, you meet with our certified surveyor to the completion of your installation, we will do our utmost to ensure the results are to your complete satisfaction.
Beyond Installation
Our dedicated aftercare service â which includes a lifetime parts guarantee â is our way of demonstrating that, while your project may be finished, our responsibility to you as our customer is not. They are always Box Sash windows and represent us long after the installation project has ended. We grow by referral so you can imagine how much we value good customer service and aftercare. So, we offer a five year no quibble adjustment service on all products, and are always on hand to advise you in the event of any questions.
