Establishment: Ricons was established by Richard Latter in 1998, intially as a Plastering and Damp proofing company to run along side our other company Jomax Engineering & Construction contracting from London Borough Local Authorities, due to the heavy work load of running a very successful building company together with family commitments gave me no alternative but to leave Jomax in the hands of my partner and relocated to the Isle of wight in 2002 where I offered all building trades. We have now relocated to Essex to offer our extensive services and knowledge in this area. I have been in the construction industry since 1983. From 1996 to 2002 I spent my time behind a desk managing 35 permanent members of staff and numerous sub-contractors with some 200 projects on at any one time, from marking out parking spaces and double yellow lines to underpinnig blocks of flats. We renovated 80 void properties in 6 months.
