We’re Holly and Laura, the flower obsessed two-some behind Holly & the Dragonfly (formerly Holly & the Ivy). With a combined 3 and a half decades of experience working with flowers, we have oodles of knowledge on flower & colour selections & combinations, as well as event management and styling. Holly has worked both as a floral designer and event manager in prestigious venues across London & Surrey and Laura as a floral designer & visual merchandiser, with experience in buying. With this winning combination of design and event management skills, it allows us to focus on the finer details that other wedding and event suppliers may miss when considering and designing the florals for your wedding or event.
Our floral backgrounds include both freelance, studio and retail shop experience with clients ranging from high street brands, A-List Hollywood Celebrities, Rock Legends and of course all the lovely wedding couples and event clients that we’ve met a long the way.
Although we met each other only 3 years ago - from the moment we began working together it was clear that we were kindred spirits, after just a handful of events. After only a month of Laura coming on board as a Wedding Designer; conversations had already turned to Laura becoming more than just an employee of the business and much more towards becoming a more integral part of the company. info@hollyandthedragonfly.com
