We provide expert chiropractic and osteopathic care for common musculoskeletal issues including back pain, neck pain, headaches, frozen shoulder and sciatica. We provide individualised care and are easily accessible from Portchester and the M27 junctions 11 & 12.

Chiropractic and osteopathy are non-invasive physical therapies which involve techniques such as joint manipulation, mobilisation and massage.

Both chiropractors and osteopaths undergo extensive training and have to be registered to practice. Treatment is covered by many health insurances and you can see us without a referral from your GP.
