We are a family run fancy dress company, supplying a wide range of Fancy Dress Costumes, Wigs & Accessories throughout the UK and around the World, we offer a Free Delivery for orders over £40. 00 (on orders required within 7 working days), we do our best to offer a same day dispatch service(subject to stock availability and for orders placed up to 3. 00 pm), we can also provide a Next day Delivery service(subject to stock availability for orders placed up to 3. 00 pm), 99% of orders dispatched on a Priority delivery service should be with our customers within 2 working days where possible.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http: / / www.hmso. gov. uk / si / si2000 / 20002334. htm. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED PRODUCT RETURN FORM AVAILABLE BY CLICKING HERE. Any returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation & authorisation number, please contact us for details. All goods returned must be UNWORN & PACKAGING INTACT and must be authorised by CheapestFancyDress.co.uk prior to return. Please take care when trying on costumes, for Make-Up, Heavy Perfume / Deodorant as these all could soil your costume, making them un-resaleable if returned. If you send your goods back without prior authorisation this may delay your refund. UN-REFUNDABLE GOODS We do not refund items that have been / or appear to have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygienic reasons all sales on the following items are not eligible for returns; makeup, eyelashes, tights, stockings, wigs, contact lenses, underwear, and masks. Some costumes have sealed wigs if this is the case and the costume is not appropriate please do not open the wig, as once it has been opened a refund cannot be provided. Please note-when ordering outfits which contain panties & stockings, please refrain from opening / trying these items on unless you are sure you are intending to keep your purchase as once opened / tried on this makes the costume un-refundable Please note-unrefundable purchases-the customer has 3 months to re-claim their goods otherwise they will be destroyed. * Please note that in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations(2000) we will not refund the customers cost of postage to return a product back to us, unless that product has proven to be faulty, we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it insures your returning parcel againgt loss. Returns will only be refunded if returned WITHIN 7 DAYS from the day you receive your order.
