About Us

Court Farm, Ledsham is home to both a Bed & Breakfast service as well as holiday cottage rental. The Courthouse was originally built in the 16th century and was restored initially as a private home and more recently converted to accommodate a bed & breakfast service. The holiday cottages started out as barns for the courthouse and have since been converted into self-sufficient guest houses that will allow for accommodation of up to 8 people. Set against the backdrop of rural Cheshire, Ledsham village is peaceful and tranquil, yet still close enough to both local major cities, Chester and Liverpool.

Court Farm offers a friendly and personable bed & breakfast service in the main house, or for those who prefer a more private environment, the guest houses offer a secluded getaway for anyone, whether it be a person staying alone or a group.

Establishment: The bed & breakfast has been up and running for 4 years now. The guest house "Court Lodge" has been operating for around 3 years, and "Pond Cottage" was newly opened in 2013.
