Safety Grit are a well established road clearing company, based in Knaresbourgh, North Yorkshire. Winter gritting is safety grit's speciality and do our very best to minimise the risk of road accidents in hazardous driving conditions. We carry out gritting services though using either machinery or manually; depending upon the needs and requirements that will make the roads safer for travellers. SDafety Grit was formed over a decade ago and was a result of finding a need for customers that at the time and even now is relatively scarce. We are currently the only company situated in the UK that specialises in snow clearing and winter gritting; this is what makes us stand out form the rest. That and the fact we keep a good relationship with our client base.
